Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member to help guests and support store operations. You will create an easy, inspiring guest experience and assist with locating items, answering questions, and resolving issues.

As an On-Demand TM, you may pick shifts via the myTime app and your schedule will vary. Attendance, responsiveness to contact attempts, and minimal shift participation are required to remain active.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests.
• Willingness to work varying hours, including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and maintain accuracy.
• Support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up tasks.
