Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest service and in-store operations. You can choose shifts that fit your schedule via the myTime app, with a flexible commitment to attend training and Welcome orientation.

The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions and efficient service across checkout, pickup, and other store services. As an On-Demand TM, you will pick up shifts as needed, with expectations of reliable attendance and engagement to maintain store standards and guest

Responsibilities

• End each guest interaction with a sincere thank you.
• Operate registers efficiently with accuracy and compliance.
