Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest services and store operations. You will work a flexible schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or teammates via the myTime app, with emphasis on friendly guest interactions and efficient assistance at checkout, pickup, and drive-up services.

As an On-Demand TM, you’re not posted on the weekly schedule, but must respond promptly to requests and maintain attendance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.

• Ensure accurate scanning, bagging, and safety compliance during checkout and pickup services.
• Support store operations and teammates to maintain a welcoming environment.
