Job summary

Target is hiring an On‑Demand Team Member to support guest services and store operations. You will create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders via the myTime app, with shifts that vary by store needs and availability.

As an On‑Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule; you must respond promptly to contact attempts and complete orientation and short training to prepare for your role. Reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.

• Operate handheld scanners and cashless transactions as needed.
