As an On-Demand TM, you may not be on the posted weekly schedule and must attend a Welcome orientation followed by a short training period to prepare for the role. Your success relies on reliability and flexible engagement.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver friendly, efficient assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Scan and bag items accurately, assist with returns and question resolutions following store policies.
• Stock shelves, maintain a clean, safe work area, and support team members as needed.
• Explain Target services, loyalty programs, and mobile app features to guests.
