As an On-Demand TM, you can select shifts via the myTime app and must attend orientation plus a brief training period to get ready for daily store operations. Schedule availability may vary based on store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to varying schedules and shifts.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Help guests find products, resolve issues, and process returns when needed.
• Operate checkout or point-of-sale devices as required by store needs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain flexibility to pick up shifts and support store operations.
