Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to serve as a Guest Advocate in our stores. You will create a friendly guest experience, assist with product discovery, and guide guests through loyalty programs and app features.

This role requires flexibility to pick up shifts, attention to guest needs, and teamwork to support store operations. As an On-Demand TM, you will schedule shifts via the myTime app, attend orientation, and commit to a minimal attendance cadence.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and provide helpful assistance to find products.
• Resolve issues and process returns following store policies.
• Support teammates across areas while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Operate cash register and assist with scanning and bagging items.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and guide guests on app features.
• Assist with order pick up, drive up, and registry services.
