All About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule that varies based on store needs. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, responding actively to contact attempts, and maintaining regular attendance. You are expected to work at least one shift every 4-6 months to avoid termination.

All About Service & Engagement: You will be a guest experience advocate, welcoming guests, exceeding service expectations, and promoting store services. Skills developed include communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and product knowledge.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
• Assist guests by understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Operate scanning and bagging tools efficiently and accurately
• Support store operations including order pick-up, drive-up, and returns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support cash and inventory processes as needed
