About On-Demand Roles

Work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule varies based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement and response to contact attempts are required. Attendance and minimum work requirements apply to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service, greeting and assisting guests authentically.
• Understand and promote store tools, products, and services.
• Handle transactions accurately, support store operations, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Support guest services like order pickup, Drive Up, and registry.
• Follow safety policies and support compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Minimum Skills and Requirements
