About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role allows you to create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement and response to contact are required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months from December 2024) to avoid termination.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service by greeting and assisting guests, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
• Operate cash registers and support store operations including order pick-up, drive-up, and returns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, support safety policies, and handle merchandise efficiently.
• Engage with guests about store offerings, loyalty programs, and digital features like Wallet and Target App.
• Support store team with various duties based on business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and willingness to learn about products and services.
• Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
