About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule depending on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4-6 months, is required to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Operate registers, handle transactions, and support store services like order pickup and drive-up.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support safety, compliance, and cash handling procedures.
