About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement is required: work at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours), respond to contact attempts, and attend a brief orientation and training.

Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging confidently with guests, and promoting store services and benefits. Your role involves greeting guests, understanding their needs, assisting with products and services, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Typical Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest service by demonstrating a welcoming attitude and efficient support.
• Assist guests with questions, product knowledge, and store services like loyalty programs and app features.
• Handle transactions, including returns and payments, accurately and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, stock supplies, and support safety policies.
• Support various store functions such as order pickup, drive-up services, and cash handling.
