ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement by working shifts every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required, with some flexibility for personal circumstances. You must respond to contact attempts and work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination.

Upon employment, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in structured training. The myTime app is used to select shifts.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and promoting store services and programs like Target Loyalty and Wallet. Your role involves creating a welcoming environment, assisting with returns, supporting order pickup and drive-up services, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active engagement in shift work via the myTime app every 4 weeks
• Ability to work in varying environments and remain mobile during shifts
