ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to contact attempts, is required.

Regular attendance and active engagement are necessary. You must work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination. You will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in short-term training.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Advocates of guest experience who focus on guest interaction and recovery, knowledgeable about store capabilities, and empowered to make shopping quick and easy.

Skills developed in this role include effective communication, problem solving, adaptability, and promoting store services.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent guest service and create a welcoming environment
• Assist guests by understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Operate scanners, handle transactions, and support store operations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support various guest services including order pickup and drive-up orders
