Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier, General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style) and enjoy a flexible work schedule. Starting hourly rate is $18.75 USD.

About On Demand Work

Work as much or as little as you like. Create your schedule via the myTime app by picking up shifts posted by leaders or team members. Active engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (minimum 4 hours), with a transition to 5 months starting December 2024.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Understand and promote store tools, products, services, and loyalty programs.
• Efficiently scan, bag, and handle guest transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support guest services like order pickup, drive-up, and returns.
• Adhere to safety, compliance, and ethical standards.
