Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2325) and enjoy a flexible work schedule.

Role Overview

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $17.00 USD. As an On-Demand team member, you can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted via our myTime mobile app. Regular attendance and active engagement are required to maintain employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests
• Operate registers, handle transactions, and support cash office operations
• Assist with product knowledge, store services, and loyalty programs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support store operations such as order pick-up, drive-up, and returns

Additional Information
