Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) and enjoy a flexible schedule, working as much or as little as you like. This role involves providing exceptional guest service, assisting with store operations, and promoting Target's products and services.

Starting Hourly Rate: $17.50 USD per hour

This role offers flexible scheduling via our myTime app, where you can pick shifts that suit your availability. Regular engagement and active communication are required to maintain employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests
• Understand guest needs through body language and conversation
• Promote store offerings, loyalty programs, and services
• Operate registers efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support store operations including order pick-up and drive-up services
• Adhere to safety and compliance policies
