About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement and responsiveness are required to maintain employment, including working at least one shift every 4-6 months. You will attend a Target orientation and training upon hiring.

Role Overview

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on delivering exceptional guest service, assisting with store needs, and promoting Target's offerings. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, operating registers, and supporting store operations while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
