About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment. Regular attendance and response to contact attempts are necessary to avoid termination. You must work at least one shift every 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to remain employed.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Be knowledgeable about store products, services, and digital tools to enhance guest experience.
• Handle transactions accurately, assist with returns, and support store operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety policies.
• Support order pickup, drive-up, and other guest services efficiently.
