About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. We require active engagement, including picking up and working shifts and responding to contact attempts. Regular attendance and active participation are necessary to maintain employment, with specific minimum work requirements outlined.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist guests with inquiries, product knowledge, and checkout processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support various store functions, including order pickup, drive-up services, and cash handling.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for energetic, guest-focused individuals who enjoy working in a team and making shopping easy and enjoyable for guests. Skills include effective communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to operate technology tools.

Additional Requirements
