ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular attendance and active engagement are required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (or 5 months effective December 2024). Failure to do so may result in termination.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT
Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up.

Skills and Experience:

• Communicating and interacting with guests to build an inclusive guest experience
• Problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience
• Adapting to different guest interactions and situations
• Promoting and engaging around various benefits, offerings, and services

Typical Responsibilities:

• Prioritize guest service by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience through genuine greeting
• Observe and understand guest needs using body language and verbal cues
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and assist accordingly
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to resolve issues
• Thank guests sincerely and inform them about current store activities
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and safely
• Minimize guest wait times while maintaining service quality
• Inform guests about brand launches and store events
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up
• Help guests with app features like Wallet and other services
• Handle returns and partner with leaders to resolve issues
• Support order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services
• Maintain a clean and stocked work area
• Follow safety policies and support a culture of ethical conduct
• Support cash office processes as needed
• Perform other duties based on business needs
