ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with schedules varying based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement—picking up and working shifts at least once every 4 weeks—is required to maintain employment. You will be contacted periodically to confirm your interest in shifts, and non-response may lead to termination.

Attendance and responsiveness are critical. You will attend a Target Welcome orientation and undergo short-term training. Afterward, shifts are available through the myTime app.

Guest Advocates welcome, thank, and exceed guest expectations through interaction and recovery. They promote in-store and digital services, ensuring quick and easy shopping experiences and fostering guest loyalty.

The role develops skills such as:

  • Adapting to various guest interactions
  • Promoting store benefits and services

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Support safety, compliance, and cash handling procedures
