About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to maintain employment.

As an On-Demand TM, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in structured training. The myTime app allows you to select shifts that fit your schedule.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
• Assist guests by understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Operate registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support store operations, including order pickup, drive-up, and returns
• Follow safety and compliance policies at all times
