ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those looking for a personalized work schedule.
As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Active engagement in picking up and working shifts is required. Regular attendance and response to contact attempts are necessary; failure to respond or work shifts may lead to termination. You are required to work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to maintain employment.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT
Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up, ensuring exceptional quality.

Skills and experiences gained include:

• Communicating and interacting with guests to build an inclusive guest experience

Typical responsibilities include:

• Prioritizing guest service by delivering the service standard
• Greeting guests authentically and engaging with them
• Understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Assisting guests with products, services, and store tools
• Scanning and bagging items efficiently and accurately
• Minimizing wait times while maintaining service quality
• Informing guests about brand launches, store events, and loyalty programs
• Supporting order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area and supporting safety and compliance
