Starting Hourly Rate: $18.25 USD per hour.

About On-Demand Roles

Work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule varies based on store needs and shift availability. You can create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement and response to contact attempts are required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift within 5-6 months or face termination.

Role Responsibilities

As a Guest Advocate, your typical day involves:

• Delivering excellent guest service and creating a welcoming environment.
• Assisting guests with inquiries, product knowledge, and checkout processes.
• Promoting Target's services and loyalty programs.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Supporting guest services like order pickup, Drive Up, and returns.
