About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking shifts via our myTime app. Your active engagement—picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts—is required. Regular attendance is necessary, with a minimum of one shift every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024). Failure to meet these requirements may result in employment termination.

Role Responsibilities

As a Guest Advocate, your typical day includes:

• Delivering exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming environment.
• Assisting guests with product knowledge, services, and resolving concerns.
• Processing transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Supporting store operations such as order pick-up, drive-up, and returns.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
