About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role offers the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement by working shifts every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required, with some flexibility for personal circumstances. You will attend a Target orientation and training, after which you can select shifts that suit you.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, greeting and assisting guests effectively
• Operate registers, handle transactions, and support store operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, stock supplies, and support safety protocols
• Promote Target's products, services, and loyalty programs
• Assist with order pickup, drive-up, and other guest services
• Support cash office and other duties as needed
