ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.
As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Active engagement is required to pick up and work shifts and respond to our contact attempts.
Regular attendance and active participation are necessary, with a minimum of one shift every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024). Failure to meet these requirements may result in employment termination.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT
Advocates of guest experience who focus on guest interaction and recovery, knowledgeable about store capabilities and features to drive loyalty, and committed to making shopping quick and easy while ensuring quality.

Skills developed in this role include:
- Communicating and interacting with guests
- Problem solving and decision making
- Adapting to different situations
- Promoting store benefits and services

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent guest service and greeting guests
• Understanding guest needs and offering assistance
• Knowledge of store tools, products, and services to resolve issues
• Efficiently scanning and bagging items
• Minimizing wait times while maintaining accuracy
• Promoting Target Loyalty programs and fulfillment services
• Assisting with returns, de-escalating negative situations, and supporting order pick-up and drive-up services
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and supporting cash operations
• Performing other duties as needed based on business needs
