Role Details

Starting Hourly Rate: $16.00 USD per hour. Pay Range: $16.00 - $24.00 USD per hour.

About On Demand

This role offers flexibility to work as much or as little as you like, with shifts scheduled via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement by picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts is required to maintain employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, greeting and assisting guests authentically.
• Understand and promote store tools, products, and services to enhance guest experience.
• Efficiently scan, bag, and process transactions, including returns and order pickups.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support guest services including order pickup, drive-up, and gift registry.
• Follow safety policies and support cash handling and store operations as needed.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Information

Active engagement through shift pickup and response to contact is essential. You must work at least one shift every 5 months (from December 2024) to avoid termination.

Training will be provided. Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures is required.
