About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 to 6 months, is required to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Operate register and POS systems efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with order pickup, drive-up, and other guest services.
• Support cash handling and store operations as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive in shift engagement.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods.
