ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment. Regular attendance and responsiveness to contact attempts are essential, with a minimum of one shift every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination.

Your communication and ability to work when our business demands it are critical to your success in this role.

Should you be offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term training schedule. Afterward, you can pick up shifts through the myTime app.

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up while ensuring quality.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Scanning, bagging, and handling guest items efficiently and accurately

• Supporting various guest services like order pickup, drive-up, and registry
• Supporting cash office operations as needed
• Following safety policies and promoting a culture of safety and ethics
• Performing other duties based on business needs

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
• Remain mobile throughout scheduled shifts
