About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like, with a flexible schedule that varies based on store needs and your availability. As an On-Demand TM, you won't be scheduled in advance but can pick up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 months (or 5 months starting December 2024), is required to maintain employment.

Role Overview: As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and supporting various store functions. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, operating registers, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting other duties as needed.

Qualifications: Effective communication, a helpful attitude, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are preferred skills. Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures is also required.
