ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime mobile app, responding to contact attempts, and maintaining active engagement. Regular attendance and working at least one shift every 4-6 months are required to remain employed, with specific policies effective December 2024.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and promoting store services and benefits to foster loyalty.

Skills developed include effective communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and product knowledge.

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service, greeting guests and understanding their needs
• Assist with product inquiries, returns, and using store technology
• Scan, bag, and handle transactions efficiently and accurately
• Promote loyalty programs and store services
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support store operations and guest services, including order pickup and drive-up orders

Additional Requirements

• Handle cash and support cash office operations

• Work in varying environmental conditions and remain mobile during shifts
