ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule depending on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.
As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to contact attempts, is required.
Regular attendance is necessary. You must respond to contact attempts and work at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). If unable to meet this, your employment may be terminated. Starting December 2024, this period reduces to 5 months.
Participation includes attending a Target Welcome orientation and completing a short-term training schedule. The myTime app is used to pick up shifts.

Guest Advocates focus on welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest expectations through interaction and recovery. They promote store capabilities and features to drive adoption and loyalty, making shopping quick and easy at checkouts, guest services, gift registry, and pickup options.
