About On Demand Work

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app, and are expected to respond to contact attempts and work at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). Effective December 2024, this period will be reduced to 5 months.

Role Responsibilities

As a Guest Advocate, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Providing excellent guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests
• Handling transactions, returns, and assisting with store services like order pick-up and drive-up
• Maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards
• Promoting Target’s loyalty programs and digital features
• Supporting store operations and safety policies
