ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to contact attempts, is required.

Regular attendance is necessary, with a minimum of one shift every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024). Failure to meet these requirements may result in termination. You will attend a Target orientation and participate in short-term training before starting shift scheduling through the app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Advocates of guest experience who focus on guest interaction, recovery, and digital solutions to foster guest loyalty. You will help make shopping quick and easy at various service points.

Skills developed include communication, problem solving, adaptability, and product knowledge.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service and greet all guests authentically.
• Observe and assist guests based on body language and verbal cues.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and promote store services and programs.
• Efficiently scan, bag, and support checkout processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Support safety, compliance, and guest services such as order pickup and drive-up.
