ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule depending on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Your active engagement in picking up and working shifts is required, along with responding to our contact attempts. If unresponsive, your employment may be terminated.

Regular attendance is necessary. You must work at least one shift every 4 weeks (minimum four hours) to maintain employment, with a transition to a 5-month minimum from December 2024.

Participation in a Target orientation and training is required. Afterward, shifts are self-selected through the myTime app.

Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store offerings and digital solutions to foster loyalty.

The role helps develop skills in communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and product knowledge.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment.
• Understanding guest needs through body language and conversation.
• Knowledgeably assisting with products, services, and store features.
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Supporting various guest services like order pickup and drive-up.
