About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like, with a flexible schedule that varies based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can pick up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Your active engagement in working shifts and responding to contact attempts is required. Regular attendance and a minimum of four hours worked every 4 weeks are necessary to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination.

Successful candidates will attend a Target orientation and complete a short-term training schedule. The myTime app will be used to select shifts.

Role Overview:

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests to understand and meet their needs, and promoting store offerings and services. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with product and service inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, supporting various guest services, and ensuring safety and compliance.
