Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support for enterprise clients in Malvern, PA. This contract‑based, on‑demand role requires hands-on expertise with desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Ideal candidates will troubleshoot Windows environments, network connectivity, and hardware issues, while maintaining security procedures. Immediate start and field assignments will be provided by the Service Delivery Team.

Qualifications

Experience providing on-site IT support for desktops and laptops.
Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Knowledge of Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently in field environments.
Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at client locations.
Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software in enterprise environments.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN).
Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
Follow client IT policies and security procedures on site.
