This contract-based, on-demand role requires strong Windows experience, good communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. No guaranteed hours; travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environments.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
• Basic networking understanding (LAN, switches, routers).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in on-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
