Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows operating systems and desktop environments.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and replacing components.
• Basic understanding of LAN, switches, routers and network concepts.
• Able to diagnose and resolve desk­top, printer and peripheral issues.
• Good communication and customer service skills for on-site support.
• Capable of working independently in on-site field environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware, operating systems and enterprise software.
• Support network connectivity issues and perform LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement and hardware installations.
