Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking a reliable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT assistance for enterprise clients in Cranberry Township, PA. The role focuses on responding to service requests and delivering hands-on support for desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.

As an independent contractor, you will receive on-demand assignments from the Service Delivery Team, with no guaranteed hours. Immediate start and adherence to client security policies are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows desktop environments and hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, switches, routers).
• Good communication and customer service skills; able to work independently onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install and maintain hardware, OS, and enterprise software.
• Support LAN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting.
• Document service activities and communicate with the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures on site.
