Job summary

MLA Move Language Ahead is seeking an Activity Leader for the summer program at Pitzer College in Claremont, CA. You will design and lead engaging activities and excursions for international students, creating a safe, energetic, and inclusive experience.

This seasonal full‑time role runs mid-June to mid‑August, with 30–50 hours per week. You will collaborate with the Activity Manager, Center Administrator, and Center Director to ensure memorable moments and smooth operations.

Schedule

Activity Leadersare required toworka flexible schedule to meet the demands of the program, including a variety of day, night, and weekend shifts. Shifts will include a range of the following listed duties.Shifts can be as short as 2 hours on campus and as long as 12-14 hours on tour.
