Move Language Ahead (MLA) California at Pitzer College in Claremont, CA seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Studies for a summer residential program. The role oversees the academic program, supports teachers, and assists the DoS with administration while representing MLA values.

The position runs 6 days per week, with housing and full board provided, from late June to mid-August, and requires working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the US and satisfactory background checks.
• ESL or English teaching experience with teenagers.
• Proven ability to work with students under 18 and references.
• Proficient in IT and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the academic program.
