Job summary

Mount Aloysius College seeks a Case Manager for the Student Health & Wellness team. This 10-month, on-campus role supports students facing academic, personal, medical, or other challenges by coordinating action plans and referrals, with ongoing follow-up to promote persistence and success.

Reporting to the Director of Student Health & Wellness, the position runs mid-August to mid-May with additional 20 summer days, and may include periodic remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience providing crisis support and managing caseloads.
• Knowledge of mental health services and student development.
• Experience in higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess student needs and coordinate action plans and referrals.
• Document case notes in electronic record‑keeping system.
• Collaborate with Student Health & Wellness and campus partners.
• Promote student persistence, well‑being, and success.
