Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, Student Affairs, Higher Education, Behavioral Science, or closely related field.
• Two or more years of professional experience in de-escalation, behavior intervention, and/or case management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distressed students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outreach and case management to students referred to CARE Team, prioritizing high-risk cases.
• Assess student strengths, risks, and barriers to determine interventions and resources.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate intervention plans with campus partners to support wellbeing and safety.
• Coordinate timely, student-centered care and serve as liaison between students, staff, and families.
• Maintain confidential documentation and communicate case updates to CARE Team and stakeholders.
