Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handles the daily operations of the non-clinical case management services.
• Works with multidisciplinary teams to assess and coordinate non-clinical services for students, ensuring effective support systems are in place.
• Develops and delivers collaborative programming and outreach initiatives aimed at mental and physical health prevention.
• Coordinates with university and community partners to facilitate comprehensive student support.
• Advocates for student success and develops policies and programs that promote health and wellness across the university community.
• Ensures timely and effective support for at-risk students by managing various caseloads.
• Maintains detailed records of interventions, outcomes, and communications to ensure continuity of care.
• Other duties as assigned
