Alfred University is seeking a Case Manager & Coordinator for Prevention and Education to provide student-centered support for academic, personal, health, and wellness challenges, while leading campus-wide prevention education initiatives focused on student well-being.

Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Students for Residential Communities & Student Well-Being, the role connects students with campus resources, develops individualized support plans, and coordinates education programs on health

Formación

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Two years of professional experience in higher education or related areas.
• Knowledge of student development theory and wellness promotion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as central point of contact for students with concerns.
• Assess needs and coordinate individualized support plans.
• Coordinate referrals to Counseling, Health, Academic Success, and other services.
• Participate in CARE/Behavioral Intervention Team activities.
• Support students returning from medical or mental health leaves.
• Develop and implement prevention education strategies.
• Collaborate with campus partners to deliver wellness initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data for program evaluation and reporting.
