The College of Law Business Support Associate at Syracuse University provides monthly budget analyses and reports for income and expenses required by the Assistant Dean of Finance and Administration, the Budget Manager, and program administrators.

They prepare monthly reconciliations for student organization activity, gift and endowment balances, and sponsored awards, and assist with procurement, contract approvals, and payroll-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting is preferred.
• Experience with university financial systems and procedures is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and improve procedures.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly budget analyses and reports for income and expenses.
• Carry out monthly reconciliations for student activity, gifts, endowments, and sponsored awards.
• Support payroll-related functions for grant and gift-funded positions.
