Responsibilities

• Manage financial activity for the unit, including budgets and expenditures.
• Monitor and reconcile program budgets and fund commitments.
• Process purchases, reimbursements, and general ledger transfers.
• Prepare monthly budget and expense reports for leaders.
• Administer student awards, stipends, and payroll processes.
• Maintain unit records and data in budgets and HR systems.
